Leadership

James Jason Smith "PJ" is the Senior Pastor at InChurch.  At 19, Jason made a decision for Christ and his life changed forever.  He went from playing guitar in bars to attending Lee University to become a pastor.  While at Lee University, he served as the chaplain for the Lee University Campus Choir and guess what...played the guitar.  There he met his lovely wife, Samy.  They have an adult daughter, Bailey and two teenagers, Emma and Samuel.  Over the past 25 years, PJ has served in many capacities within the church.  He served as a youth pastor for many years prior to being the lead pastor at InChurch since 2009.

Iraseme Smith "Samy" is the Children and Teen Ministry Leader at InChurch.  Samy is a gifted vocalist and has a passion for worship.  She served as the Treasurer for her children's PTA for several years.  She loves being a dog mom to the families not so new addition Charlie, their Shih Tzu.

Bailey Smith is the Worship Leader at InChurch.  She encountered God's call on her life at the age of eight years old, while attending church camp.  She is a gifted worship leader and along with her sister and brother; has a heart to lead others into the presence of the Lord.  Bailey is currently studying Speech Pathology at Florida Atlantic University.  Bailey loves laughing, pizza and makeup!

Pastor's Council is the governing group for the InChurch.  The Council is made up of members of InChurch and meets regularly with Pastor Jason.

Our Passion

Worship...We begin our Sunday service with live praise and worship.  Each song is carefully selected to prepare our hearts, bring us closer to God and welcome the Holy Spirit.

Psalms 66:4 "All the earth bows down to you; they sing praise to you, they sing the praises of your name."

Prayer
...Prayer is essential in worship and life.  Our prayer team meets after service with individuals in need of prayer.  Prayer is relational, intentional, conversational, and meditation.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 "Rejoice always, prayer continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."

Discipleship...Once we enter this life-changing personal relationship with Jesus Christ, we need to experience growth through bible study, serving, and leading.  Our church gives you opportunities to connect, share and plug into our team.

Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Missions...We know the most precious gift was given to us through the completed work of Jesus Christ-salvation by faith, through Jesus alone.  As a church, we want to lovingly introduce hearts and minds to HIM.  InChurch supports local and global ministries and missionaries.  One of the most important commandments is to 'love your neighbor', no matter who they are or what they believe.  We want to help those in need and we take every opportunity to share the message of Jesus Christ.

Matthew 28:18,19 "Then Jesus came to them and said, 'All authority in heave and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,'
